Brand new Junior Civil Engineer role based in Napier, Hawkes Bay, NZ.
If you are a Civil Engineering graduate with 1+ years of design experience and keen on a move to beautiful Napier I would be keen to hear from you. Any experience in the use of Civil 3D or 12d software on land development projects would be very highly regarded.
This client is a large NZ owned engineering consultancy with offices through both the North and South Islands.
The civil engineering division has a number of senior civil engineers/chartered engineers throughout NZ and are very keen to support ambitious engineers in gaining their CPEng registration.
Incoming engineers will be supported with varied duties, financial assistance, technical mentoring and flexible working hours to assist with ongoing studies. Software courses are also regularly scheduled for the design/technical teams.
If you are currently working for a small design consultancy on the same types of projects over and over, this company/role would offer you the change that you may be seeking and the chance to develop your engineering skills further with the right support around you.
Ideally you will have New Zealand or Australia based design engineering experience working on projects within either the land development, infrastructure or environmental areas. As mentioned, 12d and Civil 3D software design experience is highly regarded.
